It is also not clear which measures are to be observed, as they cannot be seen when entering the restaurant. Some notes are only available in French.

Charming little bakery where you can have tea or coffee on site. The premises are very clean and pleasant. The staff speak French for non-German speakers. If you feel like having a nice coffee break this is a good option 😉

Dishes were dirty and breakfast a lot very small so the price performance result was not guaranteed. So we're not going there anymore.

Recently my favorite bakery! I was in transit and went for breakfast. The French store manager served me. She is very friendly and has suggested to me to choose the breakfast menu, because that is cheaper. Coffee and pastries were delicious. The best part was the service afterwards. I left my key and they sent it to me with a nice card. I had offered to transfer the postage costs in advance. But then the marketing department took over and two days later I had my key back. If I am in this area again, I will have breakfast there again. Even if I have to drive thirty kilometers detour.

The comments of some reviewers regarding high prices and the "Stammbäcker" in Freiburg everything was better I can not understand. I went there for breakfast and I would say the best value for money is the best breakfast. I had the "Hoffrühstück" for 5.90 € - sh. Illustration. On the menu there are no fewer than 11 different breakfasts with very imaginative names - as the breakfast is fun. When I was there, the daily press was also free to read. Some reviewers criticized the unfriendliness of the service. I was served by a woman from Alsace who was very friendly. In addition, there was a second waitress in the store, which was just "trained" and was also very hard.
